The Key to Success VBAC Most people believed that if a woman who previously had a cesarean delivery would always require a repeat cesarean delivery. There was an old saying “Once a cesarean, always a cesarean” but woman have a choice now to have a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC). (Cunningham, G. MD & Wells, E. MD, 2017). A woman becomes pregnant and wants to experience a vaginal delivery for her second pregnancy. There are some benefits, as well as who can consider a VBAC and success rates for VBAC.
