Work Load and Caseload of assessors - this can also interlink with the assessment strategy of one assessor have more learner sthan another and the learher are not achieving because of the workload which the assessor has, likewise one assessor learners may leave the assessment process and they may have less learners so can spend more time with them. Workloads should be shared.
