My personality type indicated by The Keirsey Temperament report is that of the idealist and I agree. It seems I always strive to discover who I am and how I am my greatest – whether it be professional, such as education or self-improvement, such as, better health. Inspiring others to visualize their dream or journey has led to lasting relationships. Always working with people, from my first job at McDonald’s, then a bank teller, dabbling in sales, and eventually a manager, I believe being friendly and getting along is the way to lead. An idealist is harmonious and gets along with people and works together for the benefit of all. Through my idealist approach, true to myself and others, I gained lasting business and personal relationships. …show more content…
Like that of an idealist, I was lucky to find a soul mate the second time around, dating 9 years and one day until the day we married. Additionally, my children, now 35 and 30, still love hanging out with their mother.
My philosophy that today is the beginning of everything you want, leaves open to reach for dreams. However, it does take strength and determination to reach out, understand and guide and inspire your followers to reach their goals, dreams, and cope with day-to-day life. When someone confides in you that you were the person that helped them succeed in their professional and personal life, inspiring them to reach higher than they imagined and tender moments, that is a truly memorable experience.
I found harmony and peace and inspired some, not all, to become great people and to understand that life is a road filled with potholes, however, to contemplate life as the adventure that it may well be. At a crossroads in my journey, I no longer want a mountain of projects piling up at the office. I carve out time for family and friends and my attitude in life depends on the day, nevertheless overall, I am delusionally
