• What have you learned about yourself so far?
When I signed up for Human relations in Administration I was just expecting to learn just about practices to apply in the office, but I was pleasantly surprised that I would be learning so much more about myself and how I can better myself in my career and my everyday life.
The Jungian Typology test was the most interesting to me as it almost describes me perfectly. It shocked me that a simple test online could tell so much about myself. The most poignant finding in the test, which I have always been aware of, is the fact that I am a true introvert. I seem to stick closest with my family and a few close friends, but struggle with relationships outside of these. While being an introvert is not necessarily

As I am of the INFJ typology, I would like to focus on finding a happy medium with being an introvert and gain some extrovert attributes. I would like to learn how to communicate better and learn how to keep my emotions at bay during these discussions, I would like to focus on being more comfortable working in a group setting and stop isolating myself both in my work and home environment. INFJ types also tend to better express themselves through writing and not face to face communication, and this is a huge issue for me. When dealing with self-expression I tend to become very emotional, naturally when an issue or difficult situation arises I tend to hide behind my keyboard and email my concerns. While developing this plan, I will utilize my current skills, my current passion for continuing to grow in my position and my strengths to help further develop my communication skills and working on developing a happy medium between introversion and extroversion. In my field the burnout and stress rates are extremely high, and scoring mid-level on the burnout rate test and at a moderate to high level stress rate, I need to develop skills to deal with these factors in a better manner. At the end of my journey I will be able to say that I have achieved my Associates in Business and my Bachelors in Healthcare Administration and this accomplishment will fulfill my dreams and goals that I have strived for to obtain for so many
