Currently, the judging preference revealed on the Jungian Typology assessment is number one. Another area is stress management. When faced with a question, I hope to learn to use both facts and feelings to make an informed decision. I want to hone my core personality traits to live a more fulfilling life. I love life and I want to be the best version of me that I can be. Concentration on things that can better my life, family, and friends are at the top of the list. Stress and healthy boundaries are the two key items that I want to improve and gain a deeper understanding on how to control. Right now, it is quite hectic with work, school and managing family health issues, not to mention going through the empty nest now that my son has left for college. The assessments thus far have provided an overall picture to use for self-evaluation. My short- term goal is to continue taking two classes a semester to stay on schedule to finish my degree in three years. That may seem like a long term goal; however, completing my degree has been a dream for almost twenty years – what’s a few more in comparison! The decision to return to school was primarily self-driven and for personal growth. I wish there was a big promotion waiting for me when I finished, but that is not the case. As for the long-term, my degree will provide the qualifications to volunteer at the local women’s center. In high school, I wanted to be a psychologist. It became pretty apparent that I did not have the personality for such a career. I find it ironic many years later that I am pursing a degree in Organizational Psychology, which is best of both worlds for
