I listen attentively to what people have to say and appreciate their input on a particular matter or issue. My introvert preference allows me to be a straight to the point type of person and I believe in putting a plan into action instead of a whole lot of talking or sugar-coating. INFJ personality type individuals may benefit from being introvert at work because he/she will mostly likely strive to complete an assignment. My introvert preference would also allow me to become a better employee by allowing me to complete my work in a orderly and timely manner. On a daily basis I come into contact with people who are very different from me in some way another and that is where my personality type INFJ comes into play. The components of my INFJ personality type can help decide whether or not I have a positive or negative interaction to people who are different from me.
