Tyler smiled as he watched Dan having fun out of the corner of his eye. He smiled, his plan had worked. After dancing for roughly thirty minutes to random songs, everyone was officially loosened up and it was time to start party games. “So what were you guys thinking about playing?” Louise asked Phil. “Well, we were planning on just playing Monopoly-” Phil began before being interrupted by Tyler. “Oh hell no, we are not playing that lame ass game. We’re playing Twister, like fun people do,” he said jokingly, rummaging through their cabinets to search for the box. “Ah, there it is!” He pulled the box out from way back in the cabinet, and brought it to the living room. “Move the furniture please!” He asked laughing. After nearly 20 spins, they were beginning to feel a bit uncomfortable. Alfie had both his feet together on the red spots in the corner, his hands on the blue and yellow spots directly in front of his left foot. He nodded and moved his hand forward one spot.
“Well, that was easy,” she muttered under her breath. “Moving on! Okay, Dan,” she said, spinning the dial. “Left hand,

I know, we should do New Year's Resolutions!” Louise exclaimed, clapping her hands together excitedly. Phil smiled and nodded as he got up to go get note cards from his and Dan’s office. Five minutes later, he came back carrying a package of index cards and a handful of multi-colored pens.
“At my house, we used to sit at a table and write down our resolutions on note cards and then say them out loud afterwards. So I was thinking we could do that now,” Phil smiled and handed out the index cards and pens before going and grabbing a seat at the kitchen table.
Everyone got quickly to work, Dan noticed, yet he couldn’t think of a single thing. He eyed the guests, noticing each of their little mannerisms. He noticed Tyler giggling to himself in the corner of his eye while he was writing. Dan then turned to look at Phil, who was writing rather quickly. His curiosity grew as Phil smiled a tiny bit to himself. What could he possibly have
