The Journey Of My Life

I was born in Derby, England on the eighth of July 1998. I lived in a small town called Ambergate for the first four years of my life. After those four years I moved to another smaller and very remote town, Shipley. In Shipley I entered kindergarten and started school. However after a mere year we moved back to our old house in Ambergate where I lived until the biggest move of my life. Within the rest of my time in Ambergate I went to school, to my father’s house, and occasionally visited my grandparents. Around the time I turned 7 my mother started talking to an American through the notorious eHarmony. He ended up coming to our house about a year after they started talking and a year after that they were getting married. Little did I know my life would never be the same. Two months after the wedding we went on vacation to Wales. While we were on this vacation my American stepfather asked my mom if she wanted to move. I assumed that this move would not be very far from the area we were currently living in. When I found out we were moving to a whole different …show more content…

I looked up with angst to see that the plane wasn’t delayed. I would have done anything, at the time, to lengthen my time in England. We had to register our luggage and get our tickets, then we would go through all the security. I was already feeling anxious and wanted to get through all the security as fast as possible. We got through security, and waited about an hour. After that I got on the plane and began my journey to the United

At first, I paid him no mind because I thought he was buffing until his mom called me and asked if I was coming or not.
