People often encounter many difficulties in life. Some of which being unexpected journeys that can easily make or break an individual. These journeys can affect us in a variety of different ways and are typically not foreseen. A change that is somewhat simpler to identify is an emotional change. However, the way we find ourselves handling these situations can often feel like an uphill battle.
