The Jenny Craig Diet is more of a program than it is a diet. It focuses on weight loss plans that will provide you with frozen, prepackaged meals. As the company states, their goals are “to help dieters develop a healthy relationship with food, an active lifestyle and a positive mindset.”

Generally, this diet lacks selection and consists of exceedingly processed meal plans; moreover, this plan lacks variation and creativity.
It would be difficult for one to maintain this diet as it is expensive, rather boring (repetitive), and not guaranteed.
