Saying the word “abortion” usually sparks people’s interests, because it has been a controversial topic for a long time. Such a topic is a hard one to bring to a conclusion because the controversy behind it continues to evolve and change in accordance with the times. What is an easy way to end a debate that has been going on for years between two groups of people who both think that the side they are on is the right side? Well a compromise must be made, one that both sides can agree on and walk away happy. With this solution years of bickering could have been spent going in a positive direction. What that would look like is people spending time and resources on teaching abstinence and providing medication that will stop unplanned pregnancies …show more content…
Because abortion is such a big issue there are lots of clinics, organizations, and companies that can be described as pro-life. The intention of these groups is to help financially or aid you in making the decision whether or not to have an abortion. Some of these groups or other people who believe strongly in this cause will occasionally rally and host large, sometimes violent protests, not all are violent but in some of the worst cases it may happen. Other times the most they do is hold signs and stand there, but nonetheless they show their support. Some of the more well known groups are Operation rescue, National Right to Life (NRL), and the Pro Life Movement. What each pro-life organization believes in is that each unborn child has a right to life and they see themselves as the speakers of the unborn (The abortion debate: Farrell). Some of these organizations have been around for 40 plus years like NRL they were founded in 1968, even though they have been around for so long that doesn’t mean that they have started slacking off and stopped going for their goal. In fact, the goal of most pro-life organizations is to have to have abortion completely illegal. As a whole this side of the argument seems just and sensible like a crisp clear and easy solution to the question of “is abortion right?” But, what appears to be logical often contains faults and not all …show more content…
One of the more notable pro-choice companies is Planned parenthood along with a variation of smaller supporters. What Planned parenthood stands for is “everyone has the right to choose.” They say to the woman having the child, it’s your body so you can decide what to do with it (PP). By saying this they stand for the people who want or need an abortion by extent they mean “If someone wants an abortion they should be allowed one.”(PP). Now since this isn’t a perfect world they don’t have what they want, if th the pro-choice side had it’s way then abortion would be completely legal. This would be a great victory for them because that would obviously attribute to their paycheck. Don’t forget to look at how each outcome will benefit each side. Yes they stand for a cause that in their opinion is correct but pro-choice companies will make a profit off of their ideal way of living. Does this make them bad people? That’s something each person must decide for themselves but you must also realize everyone must make a living somehow. Although this is not the only way these people could put their resources and talents to use, they might not have thought of another way. Many people however are very against pro-choice even though they may not be for pro-life. The cause of this is these people take

Wade, the Pro-Life movement has also had a large impact on societal views of abortion. The National Abortion Rights Action League and the National Right to Life Committee are just a few of the hundreds of organizations fighting against abortion in the United States. However, the term “pro-life” is deemed by many to be wildly inaccurate due to their blatant disregard for the life of the pregnant women, only caring about the fetus.…
