Our society thinks that if you don 't have good looks, wealth, cool stuff, and other items or qualities that don 't matter in the end. We tend to think of people who are disposable are those that aren 't like us or like others in our community. Society greatly looks at immigrants as disposable people. Many think that this is so because many have come here illegally and haven 't gone through the processes to become legal. Even our leaders such as Donald Trump don 't think they are worth anything. Today we Americans have made it even harder for immigrants to get over to American the legal way as, well as increasing border security and militarization. 9/11 has also had a …show more content…

These are the people who look into the legality of immigrants and even deport them when necessary. After 9/11 a branch broke off of the federal department of homeland security. ICE are basically crime investigators for immigration crimes instead of murder cases and stealing so like others do. The current leader of ICE, Sarah Saldana once said "We 're all in the same business, and that 's public safety." So it is easy to be confused by the words of safety and disposability. Many might think that ICE is out for immigrants but that is not entirely true. They are out indeed for immigrants but only the illegal ones. They don 't stop there, ice.gov tells how they even help cases involving the JTTF(Joint Terrorism Task Force). So ICE isn 't trying to dispose immigrants until they make it there personal mission even if they have the legit …show more content…
In the Bible Jesus even says on how everybody is created equally. (Insert verse). Also even though our leaders or potential leaders dislike may think that some group is disposable, we must stick to our morals in how everyone is important. One can tell that adding all components of increasing difficulty to come to this country, enjoying less immigrants in this country, underpaying immigrants, as well as our leaders thinking that they are disposable. However it seams that even through all of these changes and important events that the world has faced there always is some group of people that some think are worthless and don 't belong anywhere, were we all know that this most certainly isn 't

America has not always the great country we have been lead to believe. Since the end of the civil war, racism against blacks grew greater and greater with every passing day making it harder for these people to live their lives. These events happen with an incompetent government only interested in doing anything to benefit itself. America has treated the people living within and arriving at the country with discrimination with an incompetent government.…

We say we care for people but treat them as if they are not important. I completely understand if the government decides to deport someone who is doing harm to the country such as terrorist attacks, but someone who is not doing any harm of any sort should not be considered to be deported. I personally feel like deportation is happening because many people look at the negatives of having illegal immigrants but do not ever stop and look at the positives and how they can actually benefit towards the economy. Many people overlook deportation simply because they are not really affected by it, but I feel like deportation is an issue that should be fixed and there are many solutions to ensure that deporting innocent people can come to an end. Solutions such as helping these immigrants in getting the documents that they need even protesting against what we feel is wrong can come a long way.…
