The proposition of networking designing strategy is a very impressive concept. Designing the proper networks is very critical to the success of business, both large and small. The network designing strategy has been implemented in various areas like transportation, supply chain management in business firms and in computing industries. There are mainly four fundamental goals associated with network design strategy. They are scalability, availability, security and manageability(Introducing Network Design Concepts). All these ideas and factors are developed and applied during the network design process. Online information and data sources are rapidly replacing old form of publications. All these factors have forced the companies to adapt to these changing environments using strategic thinking in their network design. Those who fail to comply with this new model have already been vanished from the business circle. Given the condition, Cisco has started strategic thinking in their network planning for the future trends. This future prospect includes anywhere networking, influx of consumer devices, visual based networking, virtualization and virtual based desktops platforms, cloud server and computing, new policies in security and interactive multimedia presentation. Now-a-days general public wants to perform their jobs and collect information and data from both work and home. They also want to access that information from any locations. So, to fulfill these we must consider beyond simple mobility and there must be strategic thinking in network design. In the meantime mobile networks have been growing exponentially and people want to use it not only in personal space but also for corporate networks. Therefore, some sort of tactical response and development must be though to tackle this demand. Today 's companies must ensure the effective and efficient flow of required raw material from suppliers to the manufacturing plants and the end products to their customers which required strategic thinking in their network design. In Logistics critical factors and variables like revise customer service requirements, varying locations of supply market or customers, ownership of the corporation, cost, competitiveness etc. must be considered with high priority.
