Summery of the movie
The Internship directed by "insert name" follows the lives of two close friends Billy, who is played by Vince Vaughn, and Nick, played by Owen Wilson. These two are old friends and salesmen who find themselves out of work after the company which they work for closes down due to a new digital era. However a team environment also gives space for conflict to occur. The movie show that conflict cannot always be worked out in the same way and the disadvantages of a group. But it also shows that creative thinking takes place better in a group and the achievements one can accomplish after conflict management.
Management and leadership
Management is the act of planning, organizing, controlling, motivating and leading a specific group of people. Leadership on the other hand has a specific goal to achieve and is someone's with a specific personality which people choose to follow, therefore inspires trust not control.

Conflict is the inevitable when there are several different people working together. Conflict management is therefore highly needed in order to work effectively as a group.
As Billy and Nick are being chosen to take the intern, stereotyping takes place, as the board feels that they may be too old for the intern. This can also be seen once the two are in a group. But this is resolved through tolerance.
Working as a group, is clearly seen as a good thing in the movie. An example is during the second Google game. The sport game. Here the team loses, but once they start working as a team and supporting each other, they play a much better game. Though they do not win, they do not feel defeated as it had been the first time they had been a team. They could only work as a team after they all agreed to work together, dispute their differences.
