These Italian restaurants vastly changed Australia’s dull restaurant scenery to what it is today. The vast difference in change has been beneficial in my opinion.
The Italian migration is form 1946-1980. This was from the lack of work at Italy and the gold rush in Australia.

Guy Grossi’s dad moved from Italy to Australia to work as a chef in Melbourne.
Guy Grossi now is a well respected chef with lots of famious restrants and cafes in Australia.
This is a small success compared to all of the Italian migrants. But this unfortunately isn’t the case for all Italian migrants. 40% of Italian migrants that moved over to Australia didn’t have such a good outcome.
Daniel Ricciardo his family moved from Italy. He was born in Western Australia in 1989. He then when on to become a successful car racer. But his family suffered when they moved over as some people where racist towards them.

Italian economical sate at the time of 1946 to 1980 was at a low causing employment problems and economical problems. Australia’s economical situation was good and employment was high, this was perfect for Italian migrants trying to find
