Name something you deeply care about accomplishing, particularly something that would require a lot of hard work, changing a deeply imbedded habit or becoming more like a hero or role model. How can you imagine changing the world.
Something I deeply care about is how successful I am. I know this sounds bad but I promise it’s not. I want to be able to give my family whatever they want. I don’t want them to have to worry about whether there will be food on the table or not. I want to be the best for them not me.
If you cannot think of anything, write about what's preventing you from discovering something that matters. Is it Apathy? Fear? Distraction? What is preventing you from caring enough about your life to dream of doing something important?

You don't have any gifts? Read the following quote:
I know I have gifts it’s just hard to think about. Honestly I don’t know that I will create anything for the world. Maybe i’m just some lame dude working at a walmart or maybe i’m rich and successful but didn’t give much.
What challenges or struggles would you have to overcome to make your dream a reality? What skill must you hone? How much practice would it take? Which hero would you need as a mentor, if you could choose anyone? What habit do you need to acquire or overcome to make your dream a reality?
I would struggle with a lot of resistance. It’s not easy to be successful you have to work hard, and it doesn’t just happen overnight. I would have to hone the ability to never give up and keep working at it. Hard work always pays off. If practice counts as college and schooling I would definitely need it. If I could have anyone as a hero I would have someone that truly worked hard to get where they are like Bill Gates. I need to have a habit of never giving up.

In his article “In Defense of Distraction”, Sam Anderson does not recommend abandoning our culture of distraction. He has a unique way of viewing the battle between concentration and focus: “Focus is a paradox—it has distraction built into it. The two are symbiotic; they’re the systole and diastole of consciousness.” Distraction is not an epidemic or a fatal flaw, nor is it something to immediately accept and embrace. Focus and distraction balance each other out, and you cannot have one without the other.…

“A book about dead bodies is a conversational curveball. It’s all well and good to write an article about corpses, but a full-size book plants a red flag on your character” (Roach 14). This statement, from the novel Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach, proves how a story needs to be extraordinary to stand out and make an impact. This novel and the novel Animal Farm by George Orwell both are examples of proof for the following statement: “A story must be exceptional enough to justify its telling; it must have something more unusual to relate than the ordinary experience of every average man and woman”-Thomas Hardy.…

Create Change Esther Dyson once said, “Change Means That What Was Before Wasn’t Perfect People Want Things To Be Better”. Even if one person creates changes in his or her society at a global, national, or community level in a positive way, will make this world a better place.
