For this analytical essay I will focus on writing about body image being portrayed throughout the media. In the introduction, I will start with the quote “To Me, Beauty is about being comfortable in your own skin. Its about knowing and accepting who you are.” This quote is by Ellen DeGeneres. I will explain what the quote means and my situation about how I was uncomfortable with my body. I lacked confidence in myself when I was younger. I will conclude the introduction by explaining how people are constantly ashamed of their bodies because of the influence of the media.
