In the begging of The Infinite Sea, the second book to the 5th wave. Both by the author Rick Yancey, the setting is revealed with Cassie Sullivan who they just call Sullivan watch over Nugget. Nugget is Cassie’s 5 year- old younger brother. His real name is Sam but back at the “safe house” that “helped” all the children, gave most of the children nicknames. Most of the children did not want to share their real name because most of them were now orphans because their parents were killed in one of the waves, or they were just taken from their families. Some of the other main characters are Ringer, Teacup, and Zombie known as Ben Parish before the waves. Right now Ringer, Teacup, Zombie, Cassie, and Sam are camping out in an old abandoned hotel
