Ógáin et al (2013), has identify seven area that need to be focused on to get young people into education, employment or training (EET) which are: 'personal circumstances, emotional capability, attitudes to work, employability skills, qualifications, education and training, experience and involvement and career management (Ógáin et al p3 2013). Ógáin et al (2013), indicates that there a considerable amount of circumstance to consider when getting young people into EET. Nevertheless the government are still able to say that they are funding youth work as they are injecting £11 million to 'encourage young people to get help through social action ' this venture was lunched by Nick Hurd in commitment to Sept Up to Serve 2013. This is aimed at challenging the wrongs in society introducing new ideas developing the future to be a better place. The aim of this fund is to get young people to develop skills, values and confidence transitioning in to adulthood. A central point to this is the National Citizen Service (NCS) this forces on getting young people from diverse backgrounds to work together, developing a work ready generation. However this fund focuses on four areas none of which is London (Hurd, 2014). Moreover, there has been a 26% cut in funding for the homeless sector, and has halted in five year (Crisis, 2015). CYMCAL are funded by the local authority to develop services relevant for the area, additionally Children and Young People have a list of funding bodies
