Since a lot of youth could not find a job they are passionate about, to open a small business of their own becomes the popular choice to given them an bright and delight future. Entrepreneurship is the operation of ensuring a project and trying to congregate assets to make the project succeeded ( Griffin, Ebert, Lang and Strake, 2011, p.34). In this case, banks should do more on youth entrepreneurs for solving youth unemployment problem. First, banks could provide personal loans for entrepreneurs. Some youth just lack money to create their small businesses. Therefore, it is not only help them on the financial part but also on the inspirational encourage. In the structural unemployment, some youth could not find a job matches their specialty, so that they are more willing to use own technique or ideas to start their own businesses. The load from banks could promote their materials to fit their abilities and let entrepreneurs constructure the blueprint of their business. It obviously indicates the significance of banks load. Furthermore, the tax cost as youth on the entrepreneurship could be less than other employment people, which way could not give youth the pressure from finance. The youth friendly environment should be based on the respect young people. Perhaps these youth are not very fit for what position company needs; however, HR also needs to give them confidence to introduce themselves and let them show why they win the job. If HR just observed that youth lack of one aspect that they do not like, HR should have a good looking to dig talent people for the whole company. Moreover, some youth may not have enough experience on what working on their job, so company should provide training and some programs to let practice their skills because some of them just lack experience. Maybe some universities have similar co-op options; however, each corporations have different programs to provide their different skills which are fitting what company needed. In this condition, reducing youth employment is inevitable. In addition, companies also might give youth enough spaces to allow them for creativity that could promote corporations, and are willing to listen their ideas of new products, processes or services. It could not only build culture of enterprise but also update the atmosphere of corporations with young people.
