fulfill your life’s purpose. Mass consciousness, society, people, situ-ations and the illusions of this physical plane have convinced you that it is impossible to live your life’s purpose and create what you love to do and have in life. This is how most people believe things should be and how we should live. You may have bought into these ideas and illusions. You may fully believe in society’s way of making a living, that there is not enough wealth to go around, that the only way to get ahead is by working really hard. You may have even given up on your own opportunities. You may have given up that which is most important for you, your heart and your soul. But the good news is that it is never too late to change!

How can I get started?” Know that all your life experiences are helpful; they are the step-pingstones for your life’s work. In some ways, what you do now prepares you for your life’s work. For example, before starting my spiritual practice I ran a home-based business where I coached oth-ers in fulfilling their business and personal wellness goals. This busi-ness gave me the opportunity to work with people one-on-one, in small groups and large groups, in person and by phone. That is ex-actly how I operate now in my life’s work, except, of course, I ap-proach this work from a different perspective, a higher perspective. I know the form of my life’s work will change again as I become more and more aligned with the source, our Creator, my soul and my higher self. My soul definitely presented opportunities to pre-pare me for this work. Without the business foundation and the in-ner transformation I have undergone, I would not be able to do my life’s work as easily as I do now or even fit it into my daily sched-ule. This is a wonderful example of how the universe, your soul and higher self will not only prepare you physically, mentally and emo-tionally but also provide material support that will allow you to do your life’s …show more content…
For example, I became very serious about meditating every day and spent many hours at a time in this activity. I started going to classes and workshops that I was attracted to attend. I also went to spiritual fairs and gatherings I had never attended before. I read as many books about spirituality, metaphysics, universal law, manifestation, energy, healing, etc. as I could get my hands on. I began to meet many new and wonderful people, who brought more new people and opportunities into my life. Of course, the universe always sent me the exact thing I needed to do at the exact time

An unusually fragile underclassman: devoid of faith and fearful of a new environment brimming with the cold embrace of the unknown. “What do you like about yourself?” Sitting in the audience, listening to an assembly during my freshman orientation of high school, this existential question hit me like a tidal wave—initially destructive yet ultimately metamorphic. My Personal Goal Statement Every day I wake up, I ask myself how I can make a difference. This question has helped shape my personal values and principles and directed my path into the nursing field. Growing up in West Africa and witnessing firsthand the sufferings and impoverishment of the people around me, I developed a sense of compassion and willingness to make a difference and help alleviate their sufferings and put a smile on their faces. Healthcare delivery and poverty are two major underlying factors in the challenges faced in Africa, thus, when I got an opportunity to come into the United States, it was my golden ticket to finally give back to the community and make a difference. This led me into the nursing field; I started out as a Certified Nurse Assistant.…

Part of your most recent plan was to be here now, you chose this human existence that you are currently experiencing, you pre- planned every detail of your life in order to gain the maximum learning and adventure, and you choose to exit when you have completed all the experiences you planned for yourself. The world away from this world (the universe) is not separate from us, it is not some far away mystery; it is a logical, functioning, populated, progressive, divine place! Much like here on earth (without all the stuff), except here on earth we have temporarily forgotten the divine and infinite bits of ourselves! If I can be a bit honest here, as humans we have become self-obsessed, self-absorbed and rather blinded by our own self-importance.…

As I reflect on my personal life I value life itself to the point I live each day not knowing what to expect the next day. Positivity is a major factor in all that I do to the point of trying to view all things in a positive way and leaving the negativity out the door. As a mother, partner, educator, and entrepreneur I strive to be mindful, spiritual, and conscious of all my actions. I value these things because this is what makes up my life and what I live for each day. My life is a fourth generation person and I relate because I “want to live, love, learn, and leave it like a seed with balance and joy" (Covey, 73) the quality of my life is more important than planning it out.…

It’s tough to remember the first time that I heard the age-old question about the purpose of life because I’ve heard it so much. However, the first time that I really took time to think about this question was a few weeks ago. I recall waking up in the morning and asking myself a simple question, “What am I looking forward to today?” To my surprise, I couldn’t answer the question and I realized that I was currently living an extremely boring and meaningless life. I then stumbled upon another question, “What is the purpose of my life and what am I going to do in the future?”…
