We plan projects to nurtures the teachers’ ability to lead home-grown solutions within the community. The Young Engineers’ Project nurture inspiration among community members, children and parents alike, and develop opportunities to become the new generation of horizontal leadership.
How does it work?
Our goal is to lay the foundations for continuous economic growth and to provide employment for a new set of technology workers, who will enhance the level of innovation and expertise. This will help to increase GDP, the usage of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) workers, who will also be a significant participant in the global economy. By combining education, entertainment, and hands-on experience, students will grow their motivation and attraction to study engineering in their future.
The YE education
In support of this goal, Young Engineers Global Learning is conducting an assessment and provides recommendations on how to assist in addressing an educational perspective for every culture. This assessment has usually taken place by visiting private and public primary schools and by consulting with the country’s educational leadership to comply with the educational strategic …show more content…
At Young Engineers, we believe that the most effective way to engage students and assist them in developing their skills of learning, analysis, and operation is by making learning fun and exciting. This can only be achieved through a well-planned hands-on educational system which combines education and entertainment.
How do we do it? By combining two methods.
The Spiral Learning method - enables teachers to expose their students to various engineering principles, in a way that for every new engineering principle taught, previous engineering principles are better understood and being extensively in use, providing comprehensive engineering inter-discipline understanding.
The PBL method - enhances independent learning skills, which is expected to assist students and adults alike to address real life challenges alongside learning.
