It is the objective of everyone to remain younger in their lives. Most skin changes have been linked to ageing which is unavoidable. The main cause of an ageing skin is strong UV rays from the sun and not eating healthy.
1. Avoid sun
A skin is a soft external tissue that Ultraviolet (UV) rays can easily penetrate. The skin is support to protect the internal tissues from any damage externally; therefore more care should be done on it. If the sun rays penetrate, it will damage the fibers which are elastic which keep the skin firm and intact hence, allowing the wrinkles to develop. It is known to reduce aging spots and wrinkles too because lemon juice has vitamin C which is a strong antioxidant besides its bleaching works which can reduce freckles, dark aging spots and wrinkles. Lemon juice should be squeezed and apply the skin and leave on the skin for between 15 and 20 minutes every day then rinse it with clean water. To get better results, lemon juice can be mixed with 1 teaspoon of milk cream and 1 teaspoon of white egg to make a paste. After mixing it well, apply it on the face then rinse it with clean cold water after 15 minutes. Aging skin can be effectively dealt with too by mixing lemon juice with honey. Honey is vital because it has a soothing effect on the skin. This is an effective natural remedy to the ageing skin. If this is done regularly it will make the skin look younger always.
3. Coconut
Coconut milk has medicinal value that moisturizes and smoothen dry skin. The treasure of mineral and vitamins it contain makes the skin supple, soft, glowing, and makes one look radiantly young even at old age. Raw coconut is grated and the milk is squeezed out. The coconut milk is applied on the face then wait for 20 minutes to dry then wash or rinse with clean lukewarm water. It scrubs the dead skin cells hence making the skin to glow like that of a young baby.
