What are at least 3 challenges you clients face that you can help with? Not having the time to look for a property they want in their price range and in an area they desire, helping them understand how real estate contracts work to protect them and flows over into what they need to do to get a loan and pre approved before even starting to look for a property (very important), helping sellers competitively price and market their properties for sale without them being overwhelmed.

What's your favorite thing about what you do? Meeting people and helping sell or buy their dream property.

How did you get started in the business? I was in the oil and gas industry in the late 80's early 90's when everything went "kaput". A friend of mine and I started a medical supply business in 1992. I moved into real estate as a sales associate in 2003, became a Broker soon after that and have stayed with it since.

How to you want your clients to feel when working with you? I want them to know they can trust me and I will work very hard to help them in every way I can. I am a very caring person but can be outspoken when need be. They need to know that the real estate market and laws are CONTINUOUSLY

I am very proud of my personal and business reputation. My customers are sometimes new customers, they ARE repeat customers, and referrals from my past customers and business connections. My partner and I came from small communities and have worked hard for what we have, just like a lot of people that we help in real estate. We are always on call and very, very seldom will we not be available to list, show, or help our clients/customers at the time they contact us. With technology the way it is today, they are basically in the palm of our hands as far as helping them. We are proud Christian Americans and that runs deep.
