Paper #2 From marketing to business administration, I have had my skills tested when it comes to working at Women 's Peak Performance Coaching. From the last few months that I have spent at Women 's Peak Performance Coaching I have done a lot of jobs and projects for my employer, but the following three work samples are examples that I really think express what I do at WPPC and the extent of my impression on this company. I think that these tasks serve as a valuable way to show my skills that I have developed thanks to Shan White and her coaching and mentoring.

One of the most important duties that I am assigned on a weekly basis is mainting Women 's Peak Performance Coaching’s blog page and website. I am also taked with keeping up on her social media pages in order to show her followers that this is an interesting and engaged corporation that consistently posts about divorce and women’s life coaching.
While it is ultimately Shan that writes her own blog posts, I customize them to her liking and make them visually pleasant to the eye so that she can post them to all of her social media outlets, including her blog. She usually gets her articles published through DivorceMagazine.com, and once she does this, I am the one that edits the articles into an easily accessible template that can be reached on her blog. The following image is an example of a blog post that I had modified to be utilized in a template that would go onto her website, which is shown in the second

After editing the article and posting the article on her website, I then proceed to post the link on all of her social networking pages. I do this in on simple process that I actually helped Shan set up early in my internship. I use a website that I had Shan join called Hootsuite, which is a social media planform that allows the user to manage all of their social media outlets on one page.
The following image is an example of a post that I made of the last blog in the previous images. I always make sure that the link goes through Shan’s website, WomensPeakPerformanceCoaching.com so that the website develops more traffic with the more people that wish to read the article.

When I post the article on Hootsuite, I always ensure that the article link is free of any issues and that it says something that is eye catching but also summarizes the article so that they are more intrigued by what Shan is trying to communicate to the reader. Our hope is that people will read her blogs and aritcles and become more interested in Women 's Peak Performance Coaching altogether, therefore referring her business to potential clients and

For many non-profit organizations, social media can mean the difference between accomplishment and obscurity. Photography companies attempt to make every effort to promote the company's art by posting on their social media pages. Although it is normally not a requirement, photographers hope that a client will promote the photographer's work by crediting them on the post, as well as give a shout out. The goal of any good screenwriter, or any writer really, is to grab the reader's attention and keep it until the end. Your goal for your blog should be exactly the same. From the minute the site visitor hits your landing page, his attention should be captured enough that he doesn't leave for a good long while. Like a good film that leaves you wanting to know more about the characters, view it again, or see the sequel, a good blog will draw in the visitor and make him bookmark your site and sign up for your mailing list.…

The purpose of the study is to explore the role that gender plays within the coach-athlete relationship, with the intention to provide valuable knowledge towards the creation of a successful coach-athlete relationship. The quality of the coach-athlete relationship is highly important as it can contribute to an athlete’s motivation, self-esteem and success within the sport (Jowett & Meek, 2000). It has been suggested that the coach-athlete relationship is one of the primary influences on an athlete (Jowett & Poczwardowski, 2007) and can therefore have a significant effect on an athlete’s quality of life (Greenleaf, Gould & Dieffenbach, 2001).
