Leadership can be very hard to define at times and sometimes it means different things to different people. Ever since I started working I felt that I can make a change in the business and also be apart of meetings to share ideas. I best prove myself as a leader when I notice that a coworker could use some reinforcement. I worked at many retail jobs but now I currently work at a restaurant. This is now my four year anniversary working at Cracker Barrel. So far working at Cracker Barrel has been a great learning experience. There is no other way to prove that one person’s feelings are more right than another person’s feelings. Therefore, we must look to other perspectives when looking for the source that is

Throughout history the National Honor Society has become synonymous with the best of the best. A school club that has built a legacy on students who exemplify the ideals of leadership, service, character, and citizenship. To even be considered for a group of this nature would be an honor within itself. Leadership is simply defined as the action of leading a group of people or an organization however, I believe leadership to be much more than simply being in charge. True leadership is simply more than being bossy and I have learned this through my experiences within boy scouts.…
