The Importance Of Welding In High School

After growing up with a welder in the family, I took some welding classes in high school and learned that I love to weld. It started off with basic welding, where we learned the essentials to the welding process. After learning the basics, I moved on to advanced the next quarter of classes. This is where the welding started to get competitive. Me and my buddy Zach Anderson lead the class with the most and best welds. After advanced was over, I moved on to a vocational welding class where we welded 3 hours a day, every day, for the whole school year. It was great to be able to get that much time to learn how to weld. Now I am taking Vocational 2 class which is basically a chance for us to weld more, help out the younger kids, and compete
