In the early stages of life a child learns what he should and should not do, and his parents will teach him everything he needs to know. As a that child continues to grow he learns that there is more to life than holding mom’s hand and eating cookies and milk everyday. When a person gets older he begins to take on more challenges and responsibilities. A person needs to realise that life contains an abundance of choices. In order for an individual to be successful they have to know how to make the correct choices.
Every situation in life can be managed with the correct choice. In life a person needs to keep the basics he learned in kindergarten and continue to build on them as he grows older. In the process of growing a child needs to expand on many lessons learned in the early stages of life but also needs to throw out others learned. Some lessons learned will be hard to get rid of but in the end it will make a person more successful.
A person needs to expand on the Golden rule and the fact that being nice to others will get him places in life, but there is times when not being nice is necessary. Living a balanced life is a huge piece of growing up, and learning how to live a balanced life comes with trial and error. Everyone is different and has their different passions. For example, when I was little I wanted to be a lawyer like my father but later in life, through trial and error, I learned that being a lawyer was not for me.
In society many people are scared to take risks and taking risks is sometimes necessary in life. A person has to make the choice to take a risk. Too many people are scared to take risks and after they make the choice to not take a risk they end up regretting that they did not. A person should not be afraid to take risks sometime in
