“When creating content, be empathetic above all else. Try to live the lives of your audience.”

This quote by Rand Fishkin led me to explore the idea that there is more to UX design than just

the overall layout. One of the first thing I found out was that in today’s world within designers,

UX design is one of the most demanding job in the tech world. UX/UI roles specifically are

some of the hardest positions to fill in the current market place. According to EMSI, IT jobs,

such as UX/UI design are 28 percent of all average monthly unique job postings, making this

industry the second most in demand group of professionals for 2016. There’s more than interface

One of the most important aspect that makes UX design so important is

user interaction, as for any UX design to be successful UX design needs to have an

understanding of the user behavior and the user way of thinking. With that said there’s a whole

humanistic psychological aspect of this field that designers need to understand and need to take

into consideration. Exploring this humanistic psychological aspect, designers have to dig deeper

and understand how their design will interact with user. To add on by examining how the latest

trend of UX design in the year 2016 is affecting the overall layout and concept behind the design,

of how a designer tries to understand user behavior. This can be said to be the understanding

Users are more than ever using and

interacting with the UX interface and design at a rate that will continue to increase, therefore,

UX designer need to understand how a user dependency is important. For example, on a daily

basic user order food, pay there bill, check their bank account through their phone, understanding

the many moods and feeling users are going to experience through this moment is extremely

important for UX designer to have a working interface that will satisfy and make user feel

comfortable. To add, thinking in global scale, the world has becomes increasingly

interconnected, both economically and socially, technology acceptance is one of the essential

factors in human evolution. Across the globe 21 emerging and developing countries reported are

using the internet at least occasionally or owning a smartphone. Within 5 to 10 years ago having

access to the internet and smartphone was challenging to this countries, but In 2015, that

3 Project Management 3.1 Methodology Since ultimately, this project is concerned with the development of an application for real users, it is important that we follow a user-centred approach. Not only should such an approach involve users at the early stages of the project when requirements are gathered, but it should involve users during the design, development and the evaluation process as well. User involvement is crucial as it gives them the opportunity to identify problems with the system as early as possible and for designers and developers to rectify them. To quote my grandmother, “the easy road is not always the right one.” No matter how easy it may be to push my beliefs to the side and just accept whatever job may come my way, the journey back from compromise is far harder than anyone would like to imagine. What kind of light and salt can you be now? You have just taught them that you are willing to compromise your convictions.”…
