A true worshiper is when a person spirit connects with the Spirit of God. Worship is a regard for respect, honor, and devotion. For example, when Noah saw humanity drown in the sea after God told him to shut the door to the ark, he still respected who God is and still was obedient to God 's instructions. Because of Noah 's worship of obedience and his heartfelt for humankind, God promised not to destroy all living creation again. So, a lifestyle of a true worshiper is to live a life of love for God.
God initiates worship by pushing a person toward Him and their destiny through their struggles. The primary purpose of worship is the word of God. Worship is also kneeling before God accepting Him for who He is in the struggle and joy of life. For instance, God used Penniah to draw Hannah toward Him in prayer to conceive a child. Prayers of worship are never wasteful. A true worshiper prays until something happens and trust that God will come through on their behalf without giving up on Him and His love.
If a person is not born of the Spirit of God, he/she cannot worship God in the Spirit and know Him in Truth, because they are not aware of the Word of God.
