How Will He Walk By The Stone And Clear His Path?

A man was walking on a road, as we was distracted by the hustle bustle happening around him we suddenly tripped over and fell on his face. He stood up with bruises and a hurt ego. Staring at him was a stone in the middle of the road, he dusted himself off and continued on his way.
Next day he was coming on the same road and at the same spot he tripped and fell on the road, it was the same stone that he saw yesterday. This time he got angry cursed the stone and continued on his way. The next day the man came on the same road, same spot and he saw the same stone.
Answer the question before you read ahead:
1. Will he walk by the stone, without tripping?
2. Will he remove the stone and clear his path?
3. Will he trip and fall again?
He thought to himself “Shit, I have to fall again today!”. He tripped over the stone fell to the ground,

Even after he is aware that there is a stone, still he succumbs to it.
The first one is lack of awareness, the second is habit.
Now, how to avoid tripping in both the scenarios? The answer is very simple, so simple that you might hate me, so simple that millions of people do not follow it.
If a solution is simple and over that if it is FREE! we do not value it.
The solution is Mindfulness.
Why Mindfulness?
Mind is like a child that is improperly educated and grows up with many unnecessary bad habits.
As in the story, if you are on auto-pilot like most humans (excluding .01%) on this planet are, you are ‘not present’ for much of your life time.
Mindfulness will help you slow down, and eventually stop automatic habitual reactions and be aware of the situations with greater focus and clarity. It also helps you to become more aware of your thoughts, feelings and sensations.

What is mindfulness?
It is about being aware and awake rather than operating unconsciously. Being aware of what’s going on around you and what’s going on within you.
How to be Mindful, you ask?
