Nowadays, slim trend and healthy lifestyle a very popular. Trend health has been popular for many reasons such as celebrities,sports idol or social media. People pay attention in healthy trend and be careful.It makes people become aware of that they needed to make changes for the better body. Because they want to have a perfect body and good looking look like idols that they love. So they start losing weight include trying hard to lose weight by many ways. It's nice that people are health conscious. It’s makes new trend to exercise popular continuously, such as run, bike, aerobics, yoga, weight training, even to exercise equipment include gym and home. An exercise is most important for the losing weight. In present have many kinds of exercise for the lost weight. Such as T25,cardio,yoga,weights,etc. T25,cardio,yoga,weights,etc.According to Kris Gunnars the best option is to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Do a warm up, lift weights, then stretch.If lifting weights is not an option for you, then doing some easier cardio workouts like running, jogging, swimming or walking will suffice. Have many way to exercise into your lifestyle such as walking or riding your bike to work in the morning,walk up the stairs,cleaning your house,gardening. According to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) encourages healthy adults to complete at least two hours and 30 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week. Moderate aerobic activity includes many forms of exercise, such as brisk walking, using an elliptical machine, or swimming laps. Alternately, you can complete one hour and 15 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity per week, such as running or cycling. And The CDC also recommends doing strength training, such as weightlifting or yoga, at least twice per week. It is not difficult and can be …show more content…
And I believe that people should stop use diet wrong way. Losing weight wrong way have effect more than benefit include shot and long term. It would be better if people stopped using losing weight wrong way. A simple and easy principles to get perfect body is 4Good is Good Food, Good Mood, Good Health, Good Life.
