Famous charismatic leaders include Steve Jobs, cofounder of Apple, Inc. and Pixar, Ronald Reagan our even our current President Barak Obama. The reason that these influential people were called charismatic leaders is because they possess(ed) charisma. One could pretty much say that the main focus and intention of a charismatic leader is on a specific vision. This vision may be unconventional but not so extreme to the point of craziness. A charismatic leader will pursue any route, take risks and make sacrifices in pursuit of this vision. They will also display confidence and use “persuasive appeals to influence followers” (Worth, 2014). Martin Luther King was also considered a charismatic leader and although he didn’t live long enough to see his dream fulfilled he made a serious impact in this world by his moving speech. His words will forever live
