I would incorporate the transformational leadership into my practice by encouraging team members to focus and understand the organizational vision of achieving a quality education by explaining the process of how to achieve that goal. Also, establishing trust, honesty and acting responsible are essential qualities for anyone entrusted with being a leader because leading by example inspires others to perform at higher standards, as well as being an effective collaborator and a motivator who focus on team-building and collaboration among team members and encourage innovation and critical thinking. As an educator, it is essential that the students understand and concentrate on being prepared for the teaching of nursing curriculum to become caring, compassionate and embracing their calling without any reserve. According to Stanley (2011), the process of transformational leadership allows the leaders and followers to use a superior level of incentive to push each other to achieve greatness and that kind of leadership I believe will help to transform the students into well rounded confident nurses.
