Nowadays, healthcare is one of the most important sector in human life. The traditional medical practises record on papers and large amount of paper medical records stored in large warehouse. It takes long time to sort thousands of files, whenever the medical professionals require checking previous medical history or need to update the status of records. These paper records will affect less environmentally friendly and take up space to store the papers. Since traditional methods have proven insufficient to manage healthcare, modern technology has created the means to analyse large quantities of information. So, the traditional medical practice is moving from relatively ad-hoc and subjective decision making to modern evidence-based healthcare.

Every record is comprised of one modifiable file, which means that doctors can implement changes over time with no paperwork and no danger of data replication. Doctors will save medical reporting and documentation in EHR system. The system will list patients allergies and correct dosage of drugs. It also checks automatically for problems whenever a new medication is prescribed and alert the clinician to potential conflicts. Patients will receive warnings and reminders to get a new lab test and also for preventative visits via EHR
