and it was around 8:30 a.m., one of door greater called me on radio and asked me to come at door for some customer issue. When I walked to my door greater she introduces me one 60-65year old gentlemen and she told me this gentleman have regular savings membership and wants to do some shopping before 10a.m..As per our store policy I can take certain decision, so I spoke with the gentlemen and I told him that for courtesy I am allowing you to shop today but in future please consider our store policy. The old gentlemen really appreciated me and went inside the store for shopping. In addition, around 9 a.m., I saw this gentleman on one of my cashier register and I saw my cashier and this gentleman had some discussion going on. But, I stood on distance until my cashier asked me came on her register. When I went on my cashier register, cashier told me about the issue. The issue was related to my instant saving coupon booklet price and store price. The gentle was trying to buy mulch and soil fertilizer with the price of fifty dollars after the instant saving value of twelve dollars. My cashier did her job; however, the price was not deducted at the end. I was kind of surprised when I saw the price on computer. For double checking the price I walked back with the customer at the location of mulch and soil fertilizer. When I saw the price sign on both of these items I was shocked again because it was completely different price tags than
