The tip in the last chapter that I would to use is the Wall of Welcome in the classroom (Little Chair 132) because I think this devise is significant for the children and the parent. On the classroom, there are many different children from different cultures such as Spanish, Russian, and Jamaican (Little Chair 132), So as a teacher; I think the importance strategy to help the children develop to let them feel confortable and safe in the classroom. Therefore, the teachers smile; welcome the child and the parent when they arrive on every morning. Also, I think it is important as a teacher to build relationship with the parents, and know about the children cultures.
