The test states that I have strong ties to both in the two groups but I’m more sensing and feeling. These descriptions of my personality are visible, in that when studying I always gather all the facts and to try and remember them, but I might occasionally apply something memorable to the information. The test states that I’m seventy five percent an introvert and that I’m judging. I’m truly an introvert, because when at family functions although I like to listen to the conversations around me, I prefer to sit by myself and read one of my many books. I’m not the type of person who needs to be around a lot of other people to enjoy myself and be comfortable. In trying to accomplish my goals and attaining the life that I want, like for instance in class or at work, I tend to be quiet and serious. The variation in my demeanor arise when I’m around family and friends. The reason that I don’t see the test’s description of my personality as wrong is because I tend to be more serious and quiet, with bouts of talkativeness and loudness. The test’s analysis of my personality as a reliable realist who is introverted, sensing when processing information, thinking when making decisions, and judging in structuring my life is eerily accurate. The way that the test set up the psychological functions so that they were on a scale, adds to the accuracy of the test because this shows that an individual is not just entirely sensing, but intuitive as well. This test is a great way to determine your personality

I am often told that I come off as insensitive and not caring; the personality test showed me that it is not that I don 't care it is just that I remain focused on what needs to be accomplished. I am now more aware of why I may unintentionally give others that impression. I have also learned that I will need to relax my Thinking preference to allow me to see things from a Feelers point of view as this will only help me to better understand my employees and enable me to get to know them better and will improve my ability to lead. Lastly, the personality tests showed me that because of my need for structure, details and proper planning, I tend to become frustrated when working under bad leadership and when looking back over the course of Naval career this has proven to be true on more than one occasion. Ephesians 2:10 states that “we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” This verse is a reminder that although our personalities may differ we are still created under the workmanship of the Lord and should ever remember to walk and act as…
