What we do have is a deep understanding of the basic ingredients that make up the foods. They often use vegetables, fruits, and whole grain. The cuisine also is high in fat, carbs, and protein. The main point that makes these items healthy is that they aren 't processed like our food is. Fats and carbs are okay as long as they aren 't substituted with fake fat.
