The effectiveness of multi-agency working still needs to become more widespread. The requirement for successful multi-agency working and information sharing in order to secure enhanced the safeguarding outcomes is clearly stated in a number of reviews, policy documentation and statutory guidance (HM Government, 2013). This report have depicts the importance of the interagency in working with children and families. Malaysia has different agencies between the United Kingdom, and the policy and act was always been renewed based on the circumstances to fitted with the social problem that happen. The interagency such as, Department of Social Welfare, Yayasan Chow Kit, NASOM and Protect and Safe the Children have provided many services for children
