The International Personality Reaction Pool estimates an individual’s personality level across the five personality domains based on the Five-Factor Model. The Five-Factor Model measures five different personality traits in comparison to other individuals of the same country of origin, age, and sexual orientation. The traits being examined are Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness to Experience. All these factors are measured on a numerical scale comparing you by your age, gender, and ethnicity to other individuals of the same domain. Compared to my peers I scored a strong 68, which indicates that I am very sociable, outgoing, energetic, lively. The statement is very accurate with the perception I have of myself I am very outgoing and enjoy new adventures. Next is Agreeableness, which is defined by the differences in concern with cooperation and social harmony. Agreeableness is measured by the qualities of trust, morality, altruism, cooperation, modesty, and sympathy I scored a 22 on agreeableness I don’t agree with this score it says I am less concern with others’ needs than with my own. Personally I tend to help others in need and take on their workload especially with family members and friends. Conscientiousness is concerns with the way we regulate, control, and direct our impulses. On that extreme I scored a 57 on average meaning that I am reasonably reliable, organized, and self-controlled. Lastly, Openness to experience is the last factor in the five-factor model that is defined as dimensions of cognitive styles that is distinguishes imaginative, creative people down to earth, and conventional people. Openness to experience is measured by level of imagination, artistic interest, emotionality, adventurousness, intellect, and liberalism. My level of openness to experience is very low I scored a 13 versus my peers indicating that I think relatively in like and simple terms others may describe me as down to earth, practical, and conservative. Personally I don’t agree with this I am very open in trying new things I do believe that experiences are important to being a healthy growing individual.
