1- In Signs of Life, Scott Hahn, discussed the importance of Bible. The Bible is an incredible book of history and facts that proves that there is a God that created all things. I believe that without the words of God in our lives we are really empty. I think it is helpful to read it and apply it in the life. The Bible is free from error in all it affirms and unfailing in its purpose. I have in my religion the Quran, which is the holy book of Islam and is viewed by Muslims as the direct word of God. The Qur’an will lead us to the Paradise.
2- Spiritual reading is an important point in the growth of virtue directing. Spirituality focuses on the existence of God in this life. In my experience, I always read the Quran once a week, but far away from annoyance in a quiet place. Literally, I feel of every word and the meaning through reading. Then, out of the stage of spirituality and feeling I am close to God. Due to the tyranny of material life on a human, it lost to full his spiritual situation. Whenever overwhelmed the human lusts and desires, increased narrow and depressed, because he withheld himself of satiate the soul. The Individual spiritual reading that mentioned in the book is very important to cleanse the spirit.

If the Christians fast two days a year, I am fasting one month a year. Fasting in the month of "Ramadan" is mandatory upon every adult Muslim, male or female, who has reached puberty, is sane and who is not sick or traveling. I think we are close that we have fasting and miraculous physical benefits of fasting including, fasting kills evil desires, brings spiritual clarity, good for our body and resting of food and improves your blood fat levels, and may help you overcome addictions such as smoking. There is many advantages of fasting, I cant 's mentioned it all, but we should fasting
