The task structure was set up in a way to get the tasks completed efficiently with the time given to complete the project. My position of power was weak, as I am considered the “go-to” person and not a member of management; however our group was able to work together as equals to provide our collective knowledge and ideas to complete the project with our best solutions. Fiedler’s theory does explain my relationship to the above group, which I utilized as an example of my last act as a leader.
