The Importance Of Studying

As it gets close to graduation I try to figure out how to cram 1 years work into 3 days before final exams. Unfortunately, I failed and was not going to graduate with my class, after a few tears and pleading I got the points to graduate. That day I took studying seriously. My first year at Post was my best year when it came to studying I felt more comfortable with my study routine. Studying is something you don 't inherit it takes the time to develop a good study habit that works for you. The motivation to study is your decision you can’t force someone to do it. It depends on what you plan on gaining from studying and do you have a goal. The goal is to get good grades. Have you ever wondered why people who don’t study seem to pass the test with no problems? Preparations and organization are another methods that can help get you ready for a test it’s important having the items you need around you can save you a lot of time. Having your books, markers, writing utensils, and other item organized will make a big difference without organization you would have a mess. Clutter, and debris that near you can have you distracted and lead you from studying. You should otherwise prepare to take breaks in-between studying get up and do some walking around cramming too much can make you nervous so it’s best to take 10-15 minutes breaks. A healthy breakfast and a good nights sleep will make you feel more relaxed and have energy before your exam. Students who skip a meal before a test become less energetic, dizzy feeling lightheaded, which is not good when taking the exam. According to researchers, they suggest that high –carb, high fiber, and slow digesting food like oatmeal best. (Alston, 2013,
