That means, every night most of the students have at least 10 homework assignments. Students are encourage to participate in extracurricular activities when they get out of school. Most teenagers do an after school activity such as band, football practice, softball practice or they have to memorize a script for a play that the drama club organized so they often do not have time to do most of their work at home so the easiest way to do the assignment is to copy down their friends work.

There are also many reasons on how to prevent the students from cheating. Cheating on tests and also homework assignments is a persistent problem with many high school and also college students. In this paper several cheating situations have been discussed, teachers should be more organized and figure out ways to manage their time more effectively. The emphasis should be learning in class rather than assigning kids homework for kids to figure it out on their own. When kids have to figure it out on their own, they are more prone to cheat. The problem is not 100% on the student or the teacher but the solution will need to be a joint
