In 2015 13,286 people were killed by firearms and 26,819 injured. This must change weather by stricter gun laws or banning guns entirely. Every day five women are killed by guns and a woman's risk of being murdered increases 500% if a gun is present during a domestic dispute. Within the first 9 weeks of 2018 there have been 14 cases of violence with a gun in a school from suicides to mass shootings. There are survivors of these horrific events planning to walk out and protest gun laws on the 24th of March. I am with them and you should be too.

One reason why gun control laws should be stricter is it would reduce deaths. According to a Mar. 10, 2016 Lancet study, “implementing federal universal background checks could reduce firearm deaths
