The life of a teen is agreeably one of the most dramatic and stressful parts of a person’s life. I feel, between school and my home life and dealing with rebellion to parents at home, I have to deal with my own emotions and begin to become separated from the family, especially parents.
Along with dealing with stress of a girl; let me start off by saying that my dad cares about me a lot. He only wants the best for me because he never went to college. He fusses me out daily. It 's very hard to deal with. I come home every day and have to do work no matter if I have school

Utilize a chant or a metronomic assistant if you require guidance to breathe deeply and rhythmically. When we are less stressed we perform better at our everyday task. I worked on these deep breathing exercises and positive coping statements as homework assignments just like any other of my homework assignments. The relaxation training techniques that I employed were a variation of methods that included autogenic relaxation, visualization and Yoga. When using the method of autogenic relaxation, I repeated the word relax in my mind before the stressor was introduced. Using the method of visualization I formed relaxing images that I have experienced in the past and tried to use as many senses as I could like sound, smell and touch. Such as laying on the beach listening the waves while smelling the salty wind whip threw my body.…

What precipitates my stress is the lack of communication with my husband and the need I have to be heard. The lack of communication between my husband and I makes me feel alone and in a way I resent him for it. As a result, most of the times I end up bottling everything up, which exacerbates the problem and my imagination, take over and I immediately go to the worst possible scenario, and negative though.…

Some of the things we could practice are for example, taking deep breaths, stand back and evaluate the situation, and lastly with a calm and sensible train of thought, figure out how to solve the problem. Everyone has a different approach as to how to tackle stress. I know people whom use stress balls. It’s a squishy, yet somewhat firm ball that you place in the palm of your hand and squeeze.
