Sports lifestyle is not a trend, not a fashion. This will not happen in a year, it will not go to the background. Sport is a choice. Sport – this is life.

Why do we need sports?
A good question is why? Many people are constantly deepening into some kind of training, and all in different, agitating and their friends, strive to lead a healthy lifestyle, go to the gyms, buy their own sports clothes and gadgets. And why all this?

Sport is important for every person. With the help of sports, health, appearance and even mood improves. With the help of sports, muscles grow stronger, a person becomes stronger and more confident in himself. The skin tightens, becoming more elastic.

First of all, you need to set a goal. For example: “I want to play sports to lose weight”. When the goal is set, you need to create a schedule for your workouts and act in accordance with it. But often this is not enough. People are overcome by laziness, bad weather prevents, or just no mood. How to overcome yourself and play sports in spite of everything?

You can motivate yourself in many ways:
1. Posters and pictures from the image of people who have already achieved these goals. They can be hung around the apartment, downloaded to the phone, computer, tablet and, beholding them, strive to become the same and even better.

2. Down with friendly coaching. In no case should you start a lesson with a friend. A friend is good in all respects, but it’s better to practice sports, counting only on yourself. Otherwise, then it starts “He’s not coming, and I’ll miss it.” Why? Because they decided to do it together. If you really want to have a company, then you have to think like this: “I start it, because I need it.
