Spirituality is very vague term with no precise definition and it can perceive differently from individual to individual. Thus, spirituality is an individual’s experience of belief, practice, and feelings, that may or may not be associated with any religion or faith system (Bisschops, 2015). Furthermore, Spirituality is an individual’s practice and efforts that attempt to find the meaning and reason, of religiosity, humanity, logic and personal view by committing to their value, belief, and practices through the utilization of cognition, emotion, and behavior (Bussing, Baumann, Hvidt, Koenig, Puchalski, & Swinton, 2014). Rising health care cost enforces the government and health care companies to go toward the manage care, aiming to cut down the cost rather than improving the well being of the patient, that push the health care personnel do more with less resources. Thus, providing spiritual competent patient care is essential to manage chronic disease, physical and emotional needs by addressing and incorporating their worries, spiritual and religious belief in the plan of care (Puchalski, 2001). By doing so, patient compliance, increase, improve patient quality of life, reduce hospitalization, and decrease the overhead cost. Research shows that 90% adult American believe in God out of which 82% pray weekly and the majority of them would like to include their spirituality in their care plan and treatment regime; similarly many health care professional firmly believe that spirituality affect the patient health and well being, therefore including patient’s spiritual aspects on the routine care is essential (McCauley, Jenckes, Tarpley, Koenig, Yanek, & Becker, 2005). The spirituality not only have a broader meaning, and significance, but also has different worldviews out of which pluralism, scientism, and postmodernism will describe herewith.

Where will be the person after death?: It's still a mystery and know one knows what happen after death, even modern science has no answer to it, some believe that it happen nothing, the air goes out to the universe and the body will decay on to the earth, some believe that death is just a transformation of life and it re-incarnate after death so that we no longer need to be fear of losing it.
