Attractiveness In College

Ladies and Gentleman, the next four sentences are the shocking truth. I’ll never forget that jaw-dropping winter evening. As I sit glued to my TV watching the Cable News Network (CNN). The astounding blurb, I heard, knocked me off of my feet. I jumped up from my recliner, and I said, “Oh my God! What is our world coming to? In ten years, every job would require a college degree.” I was appalled that a local hospitality manager, at a popular fast food chain, said that he would stop hiring employees who didn’t have a college degree. I guess that’s why my inquisitiveness didn’t stop there, and I indulged into an impulse to keep to analyzing my higher education research. During second examination, I landed upon an article written by a faculty professor at an Ivy League University. The professor’s quote was quite clear. He said, “The bottom line is that the high baccalaureate wage premium demonstrates that employers value the skills acquired in college.” If you’ve looked closely, at the college perks quoted by the professional businessperson, and the astute college instructor, you should’ve noticed that those powerful excerpts could easily persuade people who hadn’t earned their college degrees to halt inside their tracks and run to get an academic degree, right? I’m not trying to rain upon your parade, but may I inject a small cloud?
